9.1 Electronic Delivery of Documents and Notices
NEMOPAY GLOBAL CORP. communicates with customers and delivers agreements, notices, disclosures, transaction records, confirmations, statements and other documents through electronic means, including by email and through its website or customer portal. By using NEMOPAY services, you consent to receive communications, documents and regulatory disclosures electronically.
9.2 Scope of Electronic Communications
NEMOPAY may deliver the following by electronic means:
- Terms & Conditions and any updates to them.
- Privacy Policy, AML & KYC Notice and other regulatory disclosures.
- Transaction confirmations, receipts and statements.
- Compliance and verification requests.
- Service notices, product updates and operational communications.
- Complaints acknowledgements and responses.
- Any other legal, regulatory or service-related communication.
9.3 Your Responsibilities
To receive electronic communications, you must:
- Provide and maintain a valid, current and monitored email address.
- Notify NEMOPAY promptly of any change to your email address or contact details.
- Ensure that NEMOPAY’s communications are not blocked by spam filters or email rules.
- Maintain access to a device and software capable of receiving, displaying and saving electronic documents, including PDF files where applicable.
9.4 Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery of non-mandatory communications by contacting NEMOPAY at support@nemopayglobal.com. However, NEMOPAY may be required by applicable law to deliver certain regulatory notices and disclosures electronically or otherwise in the form that NEMOPAY’s systems support. Withdrawal of consent may affect NEMOPAY’s ability to provide certain services.
9.5 Record-Keeping
NEMOPAY recommends that you save, print or otherwise retain copies of all electronic documents and confirmations received from NEMOPAY. NEMOPAY maintains records of electronic communications in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
